Abstract:
To provide a guide roller device capable of minimizing an amount of liquid leakage from a dip tank such as a plating tank or a washing tank, and of preventing a work-piece from being damaged by a roller guiding the work-piece.SOLUTION: The guide roller device for use in a plating device characterized by comprising a work-piece introduction slit section 2 and a work-piece delivery slit section 3 each formed on a dip tank 1 such as a plating tank or a washing tank, and a pair of work-piece guide rollers 4, 5 disposed outside the work-piece introduction slit section 2 and a pair of work-piece guide rollers 6, 7 disposed outside the work-piece delivery slit section 3, is characterized in that the rotation speeds of the pairs of work-piece guide rollers 4, 5 and work-piece guide rollers 6, 7 are matched to a transfer speed Ts of a work-piece 10, and a prescribed clearance 40 is provided between the work-piece 10 and the pair of guide rollers 4, 5, and between the work-piece 10 and the pair of the guide rollers 6, 7.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
