Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain dried gypsum particulate powder recyclable as it is by perfectly peeling paper from gypsum fine pieces or a gypsum fine powder in primary crushed refuse obtained in a state that paper is bonded to the gypsum fine pieces or the gypsum fine powder crushed by a crushing means such as a twin-screw crusher, further crushing the gypsum fine pieces or gypsum fine powder from which the paper is peeled into a particulate powery form to dehydrate the obtained gypsum particulate powder.
SOLUTION: The subject gypsum board crusher 1 is constituted so that the paper bonded to the gypsum fine pieces or the gypsum fine powder is perfectly peeled by a twin-spindle peeling machine 5 constituted of two rollers each made of a soft material or a rubber and different in the number of rotations to sort paper refuse C5 and the gypsum particulate powder C4 by a sorting trommel 6 equipped with an air jet device 61, and the gypsum particulate powder C4 is baked in a baking trommel 7 to obtain the dried gypsum particulate powder 6.
