Abstract:
To provide a gyratory crusher that suppresses a wear of a lower end portion of a mantle core of the gyratory crusher and make a gap between the lower end portion and a bowl liner suitable.SOLUTION: An annular double acting cylinder is formed between a machine body frame and a bowl, and the hydraulic cylinder elevates the bowl. A truncated cone mantle core 8 is attached to a rotary shaft to eccentrically rock, and a bowl liner is oppositely attached to the mantle 9. By rotations of the rotary shaft, the mantle 9 is swiveled and rotated to crush an article to be crushed fed in between the mantle 9 and the bowl liner there. The mantle 9 is attached to a lower end of the mantle core 8. A lower part 9a thereof is recessed with respect to the other part 9b, and the wall thickness t of the part is set to be a wear limit value or less of the mantle 9.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
