PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To curl even short hair from the base by providing a hair curler with a steam discharge port in a part in the circumferential direction of a cylindrical hair winding drum to constitute a humidifying area, a hair drying means in the other part in the circumferential direction of the hair winding drum to constitute a drying area, and a comb member in the humidifying area.
SOLUTION: This hair curler has a hair humidifying means by steam and a hair drying means, and curls the hair by humidifying and drying the hair wound on a cylindrical hair winding drum 34. A steam discharge port 37 is formed in a part of the circumferential direction C of the cylindrical hair winding drum 34 to constitute a humidifying area A, the hair drying means is provided in the other part of the circumferential direction C of the hair winding drum 34 to constitute a drying area B, and a comb member 38 is disposed in the humidifying area A. An air discharge port 39 is formed in the drying area B of the hair winding drum 34, and the hair drying means is the hot air discharged from the air discharge port 39, so that the hair moistened by steam can be dried in a short time by the hot air.
