Abstract:
PURPOSE: To easily make hair length uniform by pressing a ruler member to a scalp, while the hair to be cut being stretched approximately straight under the sucking action of a suction device, and then cutting and collecting the hair into the suction device after determining cutting length. CONSTITUTION: At the time of cutting hair 4 to uniform length so as to keep approximately constant length from a scalp, the hair 4 to be cut is stretched approximately straight under the sucking action of a suction nozzle 3 and in this state, a ruler member 9 is pressed to the scalp, thereby determining the length of the hair 4 to be cut. Then, the hair 4 is cut at necessary positions. As a result, the hair 4 can be cut approximately to uniform and constant length without needing high degree skill fulness.
