Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a hair dyeing composition, containing glyceraldehyde, erythrose, etc., and having remarkably reduced sensitization property of an amine based oxidation dye in the first solution of a hair dye.

CONSTITUTION: A hair dyeing composition obtained by containing a compound selected from glyceraldehyde, erythrose, threose and glutaraladehyde at 1:0.1W4.0, preferably 1:1W2 molar ratio based on the total amount of the amine based oxidation dyes in the first solution in any of the first solution of a hair dye containing an amine based oxidation dye (e.g. aminonitrophenols or phenylenediamines), the second solution containing aqueous hydrogen peroxide or hair treatment used before, during or after hair dyeing. The above-mentioned compounds are preferably blended in the hair treatment from the viewpoint of safety.
