Abstract:
To provide an N-acylamino acid composition comprising an N-unsaturated acylamino acid or its salt which inhibits a foreign odor and yellowing caused in the process of circulation and in the step of producing cosmetics or the like.
By adding an antioxidant to the N-acyl amino composition comprising the N-unsaturated acylamino acid or its salt, the foreign odor and yellowing caused in the process of circulation and in producing cosmetics or the like can be inhibited.
