The hair holder is composed of the cylindrical body 2 in a flat shape constituted of the sheets 23A and 23B so that a hair bundle can be inserted from an opening 21 at one end to an opening 22 at the other end, the sheet 23A forming one surface of the cylindrical body 2 has many through-holes 3, and the sheet 23A forming one surface and the sheet 23B forming the other surface are joined while directing the surface where the peripheral edges of the through-holes 3 are smooth to the inner side of the cylindrical body 2.
