Abstract:
PURPOSE: To quickly and securely perform satisfactorily dehairing by supporting a freely protruding one end part of a dehairing roller and making the shape of an opening to access to the periphery face of the dehairing roller to at least partially expose the freely protruding part of the dehairing roller. CONSTITUTION: This dehairing device is constituted so that dehairing rollers 3, 4, 5, and 6 are supported freely protruding each one end part and at least a part of an opening 2 let expose the freely protruding end part. A drive shaft 11 is attached on one end of the dehairing roller 3 and the drive shaft 11 is supported by two bearings 12 and 13 to freely protrude the end part 14 of the dehairing roller 3 in the far side of the drive shaft 11. A gear is supported by the drive shaft 11 to drive the dehairing roller 3 and the gear is engaged with a gear mechanism 7 to perform linked motion. Dehairing rollers 4, 5, and 6 are also supported like this and each pairs of 3 and 4 and 5 and 6 can be made to have the freely protruding end part. An opening 2 of this device is formed so as to partially expose the freely protruding parts of dehairing rollers.
