Abstract:

PURPOSE: To make hamburg readily edible by cooking with an electronic oven without using seasoning such as soy sauce by sealing a food ingredient except hamburg in the interior part of an outer peripheral part comprising ingredients of hamburg and making the sealed material in a frozen state.

CONSTITUTION: This hamburg 10 consists of an outer peripheral part 12 composed of ingredients of hamburg and an inside part 13 composed of other kinds of food ingredients except hamburg surrounded by the outer peripheral part 12 and is made into a frozen state. This hamburg 10 is produced by the following method. Namely, the method comprises a stage (first pressing device 17) of squeezing out ingredients 18 of hamburg onto a supporting member 16, a stage (second pressing device 22) of removing the peripheral part of the outer peripheral part 12 and squeezing out other kinds of food ingredients 23 except hamburg on the part, a stage (third pressing device 27) of squeezing out hamburg ingredients 28 (the same ingredients with the ingredients 18) on the whole ingredients having finished squeezing out and a stage of freezing hamburg 10a in a pressed state obtained by the squeezing out.
