To provide a hand carry bag allowing a user to change the impression of the bag for enjoyment by decorating the bag with a sheet with desired patterns according to the season, weather or the user's clothes or the user's feeling of the day, because the color and patterns of a publicly known conventional soft plastic bag are predetermined, and therefore, the bag may not match the fashion of the user depending on the user's feeling and the user may sometimes become bored of the color and patterns of the bag.

The hand carry bag includes an outside part made of a soft plastic film sheet which is transparent or translucent, and an inside part which has such characteristics as deformable by following the outside part is combined with the inner side of the bag without gap. Further by slip-proofing the surface of the inside part, the outside part, the inside part and a sheet inserted between the parts are fixed to one another. In addition, the outside part has a turnback extended to a position to cover the opening of a pocket to improve the functionality as a bag.
