Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the breakage of a sensor wheel provided to a caster with autolock mechanism of a hand cart, when the hand cart is inclined.
SOLUTION: In this hand cart, a sensor wheel which rolls together with wheels on a plain road surface, while can be sunk-in to its vertical groove on the transport surface in a transport device, is arranged between a pair of wheels 16 and 17 provided at the left side and the right side. A lock pin 40 to lock the rolling of the left side and the right side wheels is inserted to guide holes 42 in the vertical direction opened to the left side and the right side journal members 14b and 14c which are provided between the sensor wheel 20, and the left side and the right side wheels, so as to lock the rolling of the wheels securely. Further, a lever 47 having a lock part 48 to lock the rotation of wheel receivers 13 and allowble to oscillate in the vertical direction, is connected to the lock pin 40 through links 49, and the rolling of the wheels and the rotation of the wheel receivers are made possible to lock simultaneously in a simple structure.
