To uniformly and smoothly cut an organic polymer flexible light pipe, and effectively rejoin cut segments together by inserting and arranging a blade in a slit so as to protrude from an end part of a holder, and fastening and supporting it by cap screws arranged on the blade.
A slit 2 is formed in a holder 1 by working aluminum, and holes to which two cap screws can be fastened are arranged in two prescribed positions of the slit 2. Notches 5 are arranged on both ends in the slit 2, and a blade 4 where a metallic cover 6 is arranged in an upper end part is inserted and arranged so as to protrude from an end part of the holder 1. Next, the blade 4 is fastened, fixed and supported by the cap screws 3 arranged in the slit 2. Therefore, an organic polymer flexible light pipe can be uniformly and smoothly cut, and its cut segments can be effectively rejoined together by a block on which the other pivot is arranged.
