To provide a hand-roll Sushi maker with which both edges of a conically formed sheet of laver for hand-roll Sushi are superimposed on each other to be finely rolled.
The hand-roll Sushi maker is operated by the following processes of: spreading a sheet of dried laver 5 on the bending part 15 of a draining board member 1 of the hand-roll Sushi maker; putting Sushi rice 6 and appropriate ingredients 7 on the dried laver; slightly rounding the bending part 15 of the draining board member 1 together with the ingredients therein; and inserting the rounded bending part into the inside of the opening part 33 of a forming tool 3 from its tip end, wherein a tongue-like projecting part 32 is formed at the inner surface of the forming tool 3 and therefore both of the edges of the dried laver are superimposed on each other so as to form the hand-roll Sushi having a finely conical shape.
