Abstract:
To provide a composite material layer, of which diamond grains are combined with a contact surface of a hand tool, which improves a hardness of the contact surface and extends a use life for cutting, and prevents sliding, thereby preventing detachment when loosening or tightening.SOLUTION: A composite material layer, of which diamond grains are combined with a contact surface of a hand tool, comprises a hand tool and at least one diamond layer 30. The hand tool has plural contact surfaces which are brought into contact with an object to be cut and/or a screw component. The diamond layer 30 is formed on the contact layer and uses a metal oxidizer as a catalyst, and includes plural diamond grains 35 which are firmly combined with the contact surfaces, thereby constituting the composite material layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
