Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of parts and allow an easy assembly by forming a variable resistor so as to be slidable and mounting a support part for holding the knob of the resistor on a rotary plate for varying a resistance value on the rotation of the rotary plate.
SOLUTION: A shaft 21 inserted through a base plate part 20 is screwed to a cap nut part 22 formed on the rear end of a support shaft 12, thereby mounting the base plate part 20, and a rotary plate 13 is fitted to a support shaft 12 held concentrically with the shaft 21 so as to be rotatable. In this case, the rotary plate 13 is rotatably clamped with a grip base 15 mounted on a bearing collar part 10 and a grip cover 14 fixed to the grip base 15. Also, a knob support part 33 is formed on the grip base 15 for slidably supporting the knob part of the slide type variable resistor 40. The lead wire 43 of the variable resistor 40 is led outside a handle device via the through-hole 36 of the bearing collar part 10, and the resistance value of the variable resistor 40 is changed on the rotation of the rotary plate 13. According to this construction, the number of parts can be reduced, and an assembly work becomes easy.
