At the rear end on the right side, an engaging part 13 is formed by a protruding-recessed die 15. When a handle member P is discharged to the left side, an attaching shaft 3 at the rear end is held under a state wherein the attaching shaft 3 is fitted in an opening part 16 of a metal die 8 for injection molding, under a state being held by a holding die 17. Under such a partially remaining state, the protruding- recessed die 15 returns, and when an injection is performed again, a material flows into the engaging part 13 of the remaining attaching shaft 3, and is integrally connected to it, and a new hand member P is formed. By repeating this process in order, the handle member P is continuously formed, and taken up by a drum. The handle member P can be conveniently used by a length being required, by cutting it at a specified location while unwinding it. On the internal surfaces of both side walls of a bag V, rear papers 7, 7, are affixed, and the attaching shafts 3, 3 are fixed by pressing. The attaching structure for a bag is simple, and the handle member P is suitable for a mass-production, and can be manufactured at a low cost.
