Abstract:
To provide a grip thread manufacturing apparatus capable of forming a folding line which becomes a border of a bonding part to a reinforcement paper according to a length to leg parts of multiple kinds of grip threads having different lengths without exchange or move of a part, and capable of automatic bonding of a reinforcement paper.SOLUTION: A positioning part 50 for supplying a grip thread a, a' to an outer peripheral surface of a rotating large cylinder 5 and for positioning a top edge of the grip thread a, a' on an outer peripheral surface of the large cylinder 5 is formed, as well as, corresponding to a rear side of legs of the grip thread a, a', a plurality of receiver grooves 52a, 52b having different distances from the positioning part 50 in its circumferential direction are formed, a folding roll opposed to the an outer peripheral surface of the large cylinder 5 is installed; and folding habit scalpel which is inserted into either of the plurality of receiver groove 52a, 52b via a leg of the grip thread a, a', for forming a folding line is provided on an outer periphery of the folding roll when getting closer to the outer peripheral surface of the large cylinder 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
