Abstract:
To provide a method for manufacturing a cellulose fiber composite resin raw material used for manufacturing a cellulose fiber composite resin molding, capable of efficiently manufacturing the cellulose fiber composite resin raw material in a simple process and capable of obtaining the uniformly dispersed cellulose fiber composite resin molding while preventing cellulose fibers from aggregating in resin when used as the cellulose fiber composite resin molding.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a cellulose fiber composite resin raw material used for manufacturing a cellulose fiber composite resin molding comprises: shear-mixing unfibrillated hydrophobic modified cellulose, 200 pts.wt. or more of solvent based on 100 pts.wt. of cellulose, and a particulate thermoplastic resin in a state that the cellulose is swelled to the solvent to fibrillate the cellulose; and compounding the cellulose with the particulate thermoplastic resin to obtain the cellulose fiber composite resin raw material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
