To provide a mower easily turning a handle even when an engine which is a power source is stopped or a cutting apparatus is clogged with cut grass in the mower for turning the machine body right and left relatively to the handle by interlocking with the power.

A handle transfer apparatus is composed and characterized as follows. A handle locking apparatus 75 which can be fixed by holding the handle frame 19 with a hand and turning the handle frame relatively to the cutting apparatus 2 is installed in the mower designed to turn the handle frame 19 to the right side or the left side relatively to the cutting apparatus 2 by interlocking with the power and transfer the handle frame. The handle locking apparatus 75 is composed by installing a turn locking plate 76 that can be fixed by holding and turning the handle frame 19 relatively around a turning shaft 3 of the handle frame 19 relatively to the cutting apparatus 2 and a locking pin 77 engaged and fixed to the turn locking plate 76.
