To provide a handrail installation structure that allows such as a physically disabled person to use a handrail safely in a toilet room.SOLUTION: A handrail 10 extends so as to come close on a side of a toilet bowl 5 along at least one of the wall surfaces adjacent to the toilet bowl 5.
