Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hard surface detergent exhibiting a high deterging performance for both tableware and kitchen surroundings.
SOLUTION: The hard surface detergent contains 0.1 to 10 mass% (a) compound of formula (I), 5 to 50 mass% (b) ionic surfactant having a 10 to 18C hydrocarbon group and at least one sulfonate group or sulfate ester group in the molecule, 1 to 15 mass% (c) amine oxide type surfactant having a 1 to 3C alkyl group and a 1 to 3C hydroxyalkyl group, 3 to 8 mass% (d) citric acid or citrate, and water and has a pH at 20°C of 3 to below 6. The above formula is R1-O-X (I) [wherein R1 is a group selected from among 2-ethylhexyl, isononyl, and isodecyl; and X is CH2CH(OH)CH2OH].
