PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a head-up display device which is excellent in safety.SOLUTION: A head-up display device is disposed in a cluster panel of a vehicle and projects display light to form a virtual image on a windshield of the vehicle. The head-up display device includes: a resin case 11; and a display which emits display light. The case 11 has a fragile part 35 where a thickness is reduced.
