To provide a health appliance constituted so as to correct the deformation of a lumbar in a dynamically rational, reasonable and safe manner at a home by oneself to treat and prevent the lumbar or sciatic neuralgia.
The health appliance has a pair of left and right supports 1 and 1 vertically held with respect to a floor surface and a hip hanging band 2, of which both ends are hung down from a pair of the left and right supports 1 and 1 placed with the user's hips lying on one's back on the floor surface across a pair of the left and right supports 1 and 1 are raised from the floor surface. The user's lower limbs are erected with respect to the user's body to be revolved to the user's abdominal side centering around the user's hip joint. By this constitution, the user's backbone is stretched, abdominal pressure is increased by the own weight of the limbs to draw the lumber to correct the deformation of the lumber.
