To provide an appliance which can be employed also in manual work, etc., performed on a desk, etc., since it is provided as a health appliance in order to extend a neck part to eliminate the burden of a neck and the shoulder and since anyone can easily employ it.

In the health appliance, connecting metal fittings (6) and (7) of a hold plate (3) are formed in the head portions of two telescopic support rods (1) and (2), a plate (3), which holds the jaw, is formed of materials such as a rubber plate, and supporting metal fittings (4) and (5) are formed in both the ends of the hold plate (3), are connected with the connecting metal fittings (6) and (7) of the hold plate of the telescopic support rod, respectively, and are employed by putting the jaw on them.
