To provide a health management device that accurately predicts an injury/poor-physical-condition.SOLUTION: A health management device (10) according to the present invention which is a health management device predicting a possibility of occurrence of an injury or a poor-physical-condition comprises: a storage unit (13) that stores an A/C ratio indicating a ratio of an acute exercise load to a chronic exercise load which is calculated from either of a heart rate or a pulse rate measured in the past and time, and a frequency of an injury/poor-physical-condition which occurs after a constant period of a period measured in the past; a measurement unit (11) that measures either of the heart rate or the pulse rate and time; a calculation unit (14) that calculates the A/C ratio indicating the ratio of the acute exercise load to the chronic exercise load from either of the heart rate or the pulse rate measured and time; and a prediction unit (15) that acquires an injury/poor-physical-condition prediction index on the basis of the A/C ratio calculated in the past and the frequency of the injury/poor-physical-condition from the calculated A/C ratio.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
