PURPOSE: To provide the titled food containing snapping turtle (Amyda japonica Temmick et Schlegel), etc., and onion (Allium cepa) as essential components, free of the odor of the components and having high health-promoting effect and cell-activation effect.

CONSTITUTION: The objective health food can be produced by compounding snapping turtle (or its relating species) and onion at a weight ratio of preferably 100:(100W500). The food can be taken in the form of a drink, powder, staple food, cake (cookie), refreshing drink, etc., and the amount of the food is preferably 500mgW5g of the snapping turtle extract powder per dose for an adult.
