Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create a health supplemental food product or refreshing beverage drink, different from a vegetable salad singing an effect that is abstractive and ambiguous, in which leaf vegetables from which concrete effects can be expected are combined.SOLUTION: The edible-raw health supplemental food product or refreshing beverage drink that is safe and can be ingested at ease, is produced by using a leaf vegetable that is grown without the use of the commercially available agrochemicals, fertilizers, and other applied materials used for growing field crops, at all, and as a substitute thereof, grown by applying a bamboo charcoal obtained by thermally decomposing a bamboo dried for one month or more, at 100°C or more and 400°C or less, and a bamboo vinegar liquid obtained by cooling and liquefying the exhaust gas generated during the production of said bamboo charcoal, and other one of the minerals such as zinc, potassium, calcium, chromium, selenium, iron, copper, sodium, magnesium, manganese, molybdenum, iodine or phosphorus, or a combination of two or more thereof, to the soil.SELECTED DRAWING: None
