Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-performance and low-cost heat exchange tube and a heat exchanger by extrusion-molding the heat exchange tube 100 improving the molding performance and disposed with multiple pores into multiple rows in the thickness direction.
SOLUTION: Fluid passages 110 and 120 adjoining to each other in the thickness direction are disposed to be deviated in the width direction. When a material passes into a center in the thickness direction of the tube from between the respective fluid passages 110 and 120 in the width direction, the respective fluid passages 110 and 120 are deviated in the width direction so that it quickly abuts on the central part by slightly turning around in the width direction to be formed into a partition part between the respective fluid passages 110 and 120. This constitution can improve the molding performance of the tube and extrusion-molds the porous tube disposed with the multiple pores into the multiple rows.
