Abstract:

PURPOSE: To instantaneously heat a large quantity of cold water to high- temperature hot water even in the case of a small quantity of heat exchanger by filling many heat exchangers formed by allowing a plurality of conical hollow interval protrusions to integrally protrude from a profile periphery of a body and plasticizing them.
CONSTITUTION: An entire profile of a body 8a of a heat exchanger 8 is formed substantially in a laterally long elliptically spherical shape in such a manner that its interior is formed in a cavity 9 of a similar shape to that of the profile. Further, relatively large-diameter flowing ports 10 communicating with the interior of the cavity 9 are opened at both side ends of a major axis side, a plurality of conical hollow interval protrusions 11 integrally protrude from a profile periphery of the body 8a to be plasticized and its sectional thicknesses are uniformly formed. Accordingly, when the many exchangers 8 are contained to be placed on a partition 7, the many exchangers 8 are filled in a heat exchanging chamber 2. Thus, even in the case of a small quantity of the exchangers, a large quantity of cold water can be instantaneously heated to a high temperature hot water by efficient heating of the exchangers.
