To improve adhesion between a heat-exchange pipe and a sheet-form fin by a method wherein, a plurality of a flat heat-exchange pipe obliquely extending through the sheet-form fins and paralleling each other are arranged, and a pair of headers are arranged with a distance therebetween and communicate with the flat heat-exchange pipe.
This heat-exchanger comprises a plurality of sheet-form fins 1 arranged with a proper distance between the adjoining fins; and a plurality of flat heat-exchange pipes 3 are provided to extend through insertion holes 2 approximately in a flat oval shape formed in the sheet fins 1 obliquely to the sheet-form fin 1 and paralleling each other. Further, a pair of headers 4 and 5 arranged with a distance therebetween and comprised by a pipe communicating with the flat heat-exchange pipe 3 are integrally brazed. This constitution forms the insertion hole 2 of the sheet-form fin 1 in the shape of a hole with a clearance, and facilitates insertion in an orthogonal direction of the flat heat- exchange pipes 3 in a plurality of the sheet-form fins 1.
