Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planar heat-exchanger, and a manufacturing method thereof, in which the heat exchanging efficiency is enhanced by shortening the interval of channel. SOLUTION: The heat-exchanger comprises a single body 11 provided, at a specified interval, with a plurality of linear channel holes 12 serving as the fluid channels and a plurality of holes 13 extending perpendicular to the channel holes 12 and communicating with adjacent channel holes 12 at the opposite ends thereof, and a plurality of plugs 14, 15 closing the opening of the channel hole 12 and the communication hole 13 except those serving as the flow-in and flow-out ports of fluid. Snaking channels are thereby formed in the body 11.
