To provide a heat exchanger used for a high-pressure gas charging device capable of charging high-pressure gas into a high-pressure gas using equipment quickly and safely with a comparatively simple constitution, the high-pressure gas charging device using the same, and a method for charging the high-pressure gas, for improving the heat exchanging efficiency, miniaturizing the heat exchanger, and miniaturizing the high-pressure gas charging device using the same.
The heat exchanger used for the high-pressure gas charging device includes a high-pressure gas flow path 1 in which high-pressure gas circulates inside, a heat transfer media flow path 2 in proximity thereto in which a first heat transfer media circulates inside, a charging layer 3 housing the high-pressure gas flow path 1 and the heat transfer media flow path 2, in which a metal particle and a second heat transfer media are charged, a seal plate 4 with high thermal conductivity which is arranged on an upper section of the charging layer 3, a space section 5 arranged on an upper section of the seal plate 4, in which the second heat transfer media circulates, and a heat insulating layer 6 to prevent the heat from moving from there to outside.
