Abstract:
To provide a heat exchanger with a receiver tank in which a connection member can be easily and surely temporarily fixed to a header pipe and a receiver tank to be brazed, while dispensing with temporal fixing of the header pipe and the receiver tank by welding the connection member.SOLUTION: A connection member 50 disposed between a header pipe 2b and a receiver tank 10 constituting a heat exchanger, is composed of a clad material on both surfaces of which a brazing filler metal is deposited, and includes: a plate-like main body 51 kept into contact with a joint face of the receiver tank; a refrigerant outflow passage 53 and a refrigerant inflow passage 52 respectively formed on the plate-like main body for communicating a refrigerant outflow port 7 and a refrigerant inflow port 8 formed on the header pipe, and a tank inflow port 14 and a tank outflow port 16 formed on the receiver tank; and locking claws 54, 55 capable of being inserted to locking slits 9a, 9b formed on at least one of the header pipe and the receiver tank, for example, the header pipe.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
