To provide a heat exchanger which can be lightened, capable of improving performance of the heat exchanger such as draft resistance, sensible heat exchange efficiency, and latent heat exchange efficiency, capable of preventing leakage of an air current, and capable of improving forming workability and mass productivity in regard to a heat exchanger of a laminated structure using a total enthalpy heat exchange type ventilator.
Resin is applied beforehand on at least one face of a rib forming part 10 of a heat transfer plate 2 having heat transfer performance and moisture permeability. The heat transfer plate 2 is integrally formed to form formed articles 3a and 3b having heating surfaces 7a and 7b, hollow interval ribs 6a and 6b maintaining an interval of the heating surfaces 7a and 7b, and hollow blocking ribs 5a and 5b blocking leakage of an air current. The hollow interval ribs 6a and 6b and the hollow blocking ribs 5a and 5b of the formed articles 3a and 3b are composed of the rib forming part 10 applied beforehand with resin. By laminating pluralities of the formed articles 3a and 3b, the heat exchanger 1a wherein a double air current carries out heat exchange via the heating surfaces 7a and 7b can be provided.
