Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a controller for the planting depth of seedlings in a riding rice transplanter capable of regulating the planting depth of the seedlings synchronously with the operation of a travel speed changing means.
CONSTITUTION: This controller for the planting depth of seedlings in a riding rice transplanter having a planting part connected to the rear of a machine body is constituted by installing a travel speed changing means, a travel speed changing operation sensing means and a planting depth regulating means (Z) for the seedlings, sensing the operation of the travel speed changing means with a travel speed changing operation sensing means, operating the planting depth regulating means (Z) for the seedlings based on the results of sensing and upwardly and downwardly moving a float of the planting part synchronously with the operation of the travel speed changing means with the means (Z) so as to regulate the planting depth of the seedlings. The planting depth regulating means (Z) for the seedlings is equipped with a supporting substrate 27 installed in the planting part, a guide plate 25, attached to the supporting substrate 27 so as to enable the free upward and downward sliding and supporting the midway of a lifting and lowering lever 24 connected to the float and a motor 32 for upwardly a downwardly sliding the guide plate 25.
