Abstract:
To provide a heat exchanger which has suppressed generation of local deformation in a tank body part caused by contact with a claw part of a core plate, in caulking and fixing the core plate with respect to the tank body part.SOLUTION: A radiator 1 includes a core part 5 in which a plurality of tubes 6 are laminated and arranged, and a header tank 10. The header tank 10 includes a core plate 20 and a tank body part 30. On the outer edge of the core plate 20, a plurality of claw parts 25 are arranged. The claw part 25 deforms along an outer shape of a flange part 35 in the tank body part 30. Therefore, in the radiator 1, the core plate 20 is caulked and fixed with respect to the tank body part 30. In the radiator 1, a suppression part 26 is formed at a tip of each claw part 25, and a load acting with respect to a container part 31 is suppressed by the claw part 25, and plastic deformation of the container part 31 is suppressed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
