To easily fold a heat exchanging pipe without use of a machine, etc., and hence reduce the cost by deformably providing the heat exchanging pipe which permits a fluid to flow therein, and in which the fluid is used as a medium for heat exchange between the inside of the pipe and the outside of the same.

A floor heating pipe 12 as a heat exchanging pipe consists of a bellows type expansion pipe joint. An outer peripheral surface of the floor heating pipe 12 is formed into a corrugated shape where a large diameter part 13 and a small diameter part 14 are alternately continuously disposed. For the wall thickness of the floor heating pipe 12 both of the large diameter part 13 and the small diameter part are uniform. Accordingly, an inner peripheral surface of the floor heating pipe 12 is also formed into a corrugated shape. When the floor heating pipe 12 is mounted on a panel 11, the floor heating pipe 12 is first cut into a predetermined length. Then, a portion of the cut floor heating pipe 12 which forms a corner part in bent with a hand. Since the floor heating pipe 12 consists of the bellows type expansion pipe joint, it can be easily deformed even with a hand.
