To substantially completely recover evaporated components discharged from a vacuum heating furnace by scratching off condensates of the evaporated components fixed to an internal wall surface of a condenser with a movable member provided on the condenser, and recovering the scratched condensates with a filter and backwashing means of the filter.
Vapor components discharged from a vacuum heating furnace are condensed with a water cooling condenser 11. Many of the condensates are fixedly deposited on an internal wall surface of the condenser 11, so that they are scratched off by lowering a cylinder driven disk (movable member) 13 and are dropped onto an opening/closing door 12 that is closed. Parts of the condensates are dropped with an air stream. These are captured with a wire gauze (filter) 52 stretching in a filter 51 disposed on the downstream side. The condensates captured by the metal gauze 52 are blown down from a header 53 as the backwashing means and a nozzle onto the back surface of the metal gauze 52 by blowing them with air, and are recovered by opening a valve 62. Hereby, the evaporated components exhausted from the vacuum heating furnace are subnstantially completely recovered.
