PURPOSE: To provide the heat fixable polymer toner having fixing characteristics capable of sufficiently exhibiting the characteristics of the polymer toner at the time of high speed copying and full color copying and obtaining excellent image quality.
CONSTITUTION: This toner to be used has substantially spherical forms directly obtained by suspension polymerization comprising at least 2 kinds of resin components A, B, and separated into phase l composed essentially of A and phase 2 composed essentially of B, and phase 2 does not exist in the region near the surface of each toner particle from the surface to the depth of the 15% of the diameter of the particle, and the toner particles have a weight average particle diameter of 3-8μm and the fluctuation coefficient of the number distribution of the toner particles is ≤50%.
