PURPOSE: To obtain the toners to be used for electrophotographic copying apparatus using plural toners having different colors and colorants having surface characteristics and fluctuation of electrostatic charge amounts both made same as each other by rendering the surface-exposed part of each different-colored toner substantially same as each other.
CONSTITUTION: This toner comprises at least a domain resin composition 4, a matrix resin composition 5 low in miscibility with the composition 4, a dispersion aid 6 miscible with the composition 4 and the composition 5 and having an Izod impact value higher than that of the composition 5, and the composition 4 is dispersed into the composition 5 by the medium of the aid 6, thus the constitution as this permits the colorant 2, even if different from each other toner, to be enclosed in the domain resin composition 4, and the materials exposed to the surface are made same as each other, therefore, when this is used in copying each toner to have fluctuation of the electrostatic charge amount of each toner due to fluctuation of environmental conditions is made same.
