Abstract:

PURPOSE: To prevent a surface plate from deforming on foaming and molding a heat-insulating material in the presence of pipe support members and improve the external appearance of panel and lessen the loss of the heat-insulating function of panel, in the heat-insulating panel provided with wiring pipes used for a large prefabricated freezer and refrigerator or the like.

CONSTITUTION: In a heat-insulating panel 1, a pipe 18 for insertion of electric wires laid between the front and rear frame members 2a, 2b is supported by at least one of pipe support members 10 composed of a pipe holder 11 with a specified length having a shape along the outer periphery of pipe and support legs 13 projected downward from the pipe holder 11, in the space 5 surrounded by a rectangular frame 2 and both upper and lower surface plates 3, 3. A heat- insulating material 4 is filled in the space 5 and the pipe 18 and the pipe support members 10 are embedded in the heat-insulating material 4.
