Bend pieces 10 and 11 bent toward the opposite surface plates 1 and 2 are formed at the side parts of both surface plates 1 and 2, and the bend pieces 10 and 11 of both the surface plates 1 and 2 are connected by a connection member 6 including a rod-like base part 6A and a pair of pawl parts 6B orthogonally bent from both ends of the rod-like base part 6A.
