Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat processing facility which locates a highest-temperature site of the surface of a die to detect the temperature during cooling when hardening the die and thereby executes appropriate cooling control.SOLUTION: A heat processing facility 10 includes a heating chamber 24 and a gas cooling chamber 70 and an oil cooling vessel 46 for cooling a heated die W and executes hardening processing of the die W. The heat processing facility 10 is provided with a control portion 20 executing control of the operation of the facility and two or more infrared cameras 112 which detect a temperature distribution of the surface of the die W in the gas cooling chamber 70 to identify a highest-temperature site of the surface of the die W, and the control portion controls cooling conditions for the die W on the basis of the detected temperature of the highest-temperature site identified.
