PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat pump system that can secure comfort of a user.SOLUTION: A heat pump system 10 comprises a heat pump device 20, an outside air introduction fan 50, an exhaust fan 40, and an ECU 80. The heat pump device 20 comprises a compressor 21, a first heat exchanger 22, an expansion valve 23, and a second heat exchanger 24. The outside air introduction fan 50 introduces outdoor air to the second heat exchanger 24. The exhaust fan 40 exhausts indoor air outdoors. A control unit increases a rotational speed of the exhaust fan 40 when detecting that the second heat exchanger 24 is frosted, on the basis of a frosted state of the second heat exchanger 24.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
