To provide a heat radiation structure of a capacitor which blacks the thermal conduction from an external apparatus to the capacitor to suppress the temperature rise of the capacitor, whereas it a simple structure.

The heat radiation structure of the capacitor has capacitor electrode plates 3, 4, ... projecting from the capacitor body 2. The electrode plates 3, 4, ... are connected to an external apparatus 5 having a heat radiator 6. The middles of the capacitor electrode plates 3, 4, ... between the capacitor body 2 and the external apparatus 5 are directly or indirectly contacted to a heat radiator 6 to remove heat from the capacitor electrode plates 3, 4, ... to the radiator 6.
