Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-resistant and wear resistant fabric which is high in heat-resistance and wear resistance and capable of exerting long term slidability even in a higher temperature environment than before by improving the points which were problems of the prior art and providing an optimum constitution with a base face.SOLUTION: The heat-resistant and wear resistant woven fabric includes a sliding woven fabric and a base woven fabric. The sliding woven fabric is a woven fabric comprising PTFE fibers. The base woven fabric is a woven fabric comprising fibers having a tensile strength of 3.0 cN/dtex or more after a heat treatment at 200°C for 168 hours. The sliding woven fabric and the base woven fabric are joined by mutual entanglement of respective warp and/or weft.
