Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rope for general purpose with convexoconcave increased by a simple method based on a conventional rope manufacturing process, and a highly visible rope obtained by applying a reflection material on a convex part of the rope with increased convexoconcave.SOLUTION: A rope is manufactured by twisting multiple strands. At least one of the strands forming convexoconcave on outer surface of the rope is a large diameter strand with larger diameter than that of other strands. A reflection material is applied on outer surface of the large diameter strand.
