PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-resistant nonwoven fabric in which paper is hard to break in a heat-resistant wet process nonwoven fabric containing polyphenylene sulfide fibers, when producing the heat-resistant wet process nonwoven fabric with a wet paper making method.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a heat-resistant wet process nonwoven fabric that contains polyphenylene sulfide fibers, wherein the heat-resistant wet process nonwoven fabric contains stretched polyphenylenesulfide fibers, unstretched polyphenylenesulfide fibers, core-in-sheath polyester conjugated fibers, and polyvinyl alcohol fibers.SELECTED DRAWING: None
