Title:
HEAT RESPONDING STEAM TRAP
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3913301
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat responding steam trap which can discharge condensed water between a diaphragm and a lower wall member when steam transferring is suspended.
SOLUTION: Arranged inside a valve chamber 6 communicated with an inlet 5 is a temperature controlling element 10 having an upper wall member 12, a lower wall member 21 formed with a center hole 19 and a communication hole 20, upper and lower diaphragms 15, 17 whose outer peripheral edges are fixed between the wall members 12 and 21, an expansion medium 16 sealed between the upper wall member 12 and the upper diaphragm 15, and a valve member 18 connected to the lower diaphragm 17. An induction passage 9 communicating the valve chamber 6 with an outlet 7 is thus opened and closed.
